tripathyYeeup, that's what I've been working on all evening/night. Burning CDs. Made a Linkin Park and two Eminem CDs, and I need to make two more tonight.
When Sail sent me that scene from the beginning of that Soul Reaver game, I ended up paying almost more attention to the background music. Sounded like pretty neat dark stuff, so I found it on Kazaa without the dialogue over the top of it. Good stuff ^_^. I downloaded a couple of other tracks from it that were pretty good, but except for those main themes there wasn't anything else that really caught my interest.
But now I have a problem. A couple of really great tracks and no place to put them, and I'm gonna need this music on a CD to take to LG with me. I can't very well stick it on a CD with System of a Down and other radio-type stuff. So now I need to get enough tracks to fill a whole new CD.
Ly suggested Baldur's Gate music. Pretty good theme and some of the other tracks aren't bad, although not exceptional. I've also been picking up bits from the T3 soundtrack. Problem is, most of these tracks are one and half minutes or less, so after all this time I still only have about half a CD >_<.
And where am I gonna put that "Alive" song I love so much? That's gotta go somewhere too.
Why does it take me so long to make CDs? That's why.
Did some packing for LG today...Ma insists on packing everything early...yeah, so early that I can't give her all my clothes to pack or else I'll run out. :P
Six days til LG! Yeah!
Ter's off work all this week, which means someone else has to feed all the cats. Tomorrow it's me, but I'm gonna make Kel split the days with me. It takes a while to wash, refill the water, and then feed all four cats, and I have to get up to do it tomorrow. Bleah. Not that I won't be going right back to bed when I'm done, but still. I can feed Fi fast enough that I can go back to bed without having really woken up, but this is gonna take longer.
Ooh, slight crossover RPing going on...and it's kinda weird to play with more than one person in the same RP now. I haven't done that in a long dang time. Or maybe it's just cause it's late. ^_~
